For their act of resistance, they were unjustly given life sentences.

In Part 1 (pgs. 1-39) we will study the Background chapters covering the main forces of the revolution – the workers, peasants and intellectuals. In Part 2 (pgs. 40-80) we will study the revolution. While no prior reading is required, it is highly encouraged.
