STOP THE WAR ON BLACK MILWAUKEE! Underfunding our schools is a direct attack on our students. 91.3% of the MPS student body is comprised of students of color. If the school board continues to ignore the community’s demands for a full cost of living adjustment for faculty and staff, this will lead to further shortcomings in school culture and quality of education for the majority of the city’s black students.

Join your neighbors and MTEA for a day of action! We’ll meet for a rally at Wick Softball Field outside of MPS Central Office and then head inside to pack the school board meeting where they will be voting on the proposed budget.
